Ajon's Professional Solutions was founded by Chief Innovator and Business World Mastermind,

Tierra Ajon Norwood.

TIERRA AJON NORWOOD is a mother, entrepreneur, businesswoman who has a diverse background in economic and business strategy and development, radio and TV broadcasting, web development and design, promotions and marketing.

Tierra serves as the Chief Innovator and President of Ajon's Professional Solutions LLC and has successfully served the community with elevated services and supports. Tierra holds a certification from the Carolina School of Broadcasting in Radio and TV Broadcast Communications and a Bachelors of Science in Marketing and Psychology from North Carolina Wesleyan College.

Understanding the needs in the community and abroad, Tierra founded Ajon's Professional Services to bridge the gap between businesses (both small and large) and the success they have been seeking. Ajon's Professional Solutions was recognized as Small Business of the Year in 2023 by MFWP (Moving Forward with Purpose Conference).
